About Us

Judith and her associates have solid experience in the fields of governance, education and organisational development. Judith has had a long career beginning in education firstly as a teacher, then curriculum developer, program manager and more recently governance professional. Serving both as a Director on a not-for-profit board, and also as the executive leader of not-for-profit organisations she brings her vast experience to your organisation. She has worked with incorporated school boards, principals and organisations in the private health and aged care sector.

Governance and organisational development

We are consultants and facilitators with a wealth of experience in strategic and operational planning, discernment approaches to decision-making, workshop facilitation and conference presentations.

We can assist you with leadership development, risk and compliance, policy and procedure, project planning and management. Let us help you plan your events, evaluate your programs and review the performance of your key staff.

Teaching and Learning

We have an extensive knowledge base to provide solutions to the challenges of your school: models of leadership, trends in education (Australian Curriculum, curriculum planning, pedagogy and assessment), program and performance evaluation, review and reporting.

Judith’s academic qualifications include: Master of Theology (UNE), Master of Educational Studies (QUT), Bachelor of Arts (UQ), Bachelor of Education (UQ), Diploma in Business Management, Diploma in Project Management, Certificate in Teaching, Certificate in Governance (Not for profits). Judith is also a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a graduate member of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Institute of Leaders and Managers.
